Shuttle runs 4 AM TO 12 AM. Please arrive early for shuttle.

Shuttle  runs 24/7 every 30 minutes starting at 3:15 AM thru 11:05 PM. (i.e. 3:15; 3:45; 4:15; 4:45). 

Starting at 11:05 PM up to 3:15 AM shuttle is on call as needed. 

Parking instructions:

1. Pull ticket and park anywhere in lot. 

2. Either upon arrival or exit, go to front desk to get validation sticker in order to exit lot. Please follow process to ensure a quick exit. 

Customer must place printed copy of receipt on dashboard.

You will need to collect a ticket to enter the parking gates and park in the BACK of the hotel parking lot, which is West or South – both locations are acceptable to park. Do not park in any other location as these spots are reserved for hotel guests only.

Please Check-in at the front desk and fill out your parking paperwork prior to boarding the shuttle.

To exit the gates on your return trip, press the button BELOW the camera and we will open the gate for you. DO NOT PAY at the gate.

Shuttle TO Airport: Reservations are required; you may call 24 hours in advance of your departure date to secure your seat.  Shuttle departure is every 30 minutes on the top and half of the hour.

Shuttle TO Hotel: Please proceed to the West Terminal – The West Terminal signage is in RED. Proceed to door 512, then island #3.  If you are on the EAST terminal with BLUE signs, you will not be picked up. The shuttle schedule is APPROXIMATELY: 15 and: 45 of each hour – airport traffic can heavily influence these times.

Parking is at own risk. Hotel assumes zero liability for any damage or theft.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at the parking location before this 2 hour window.

Please note: There is no shuttle service between 12:00 AM and 3:45 AM.

All vehicles must be properly registered to be authorized for parking. Once registered, please park in any available space that is not marked “Reserved.”

Shuttle service to and from the airport runs every 30 minutes, beginning at 4:00 AM and continuing until 12:00 AM daily. For airport pickup, the shuttle stops at the East Terminal (Blue Side) at door 505, on island number 3.

It arrives at the hotel every 30 minutes from 3:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and then every 15 minutes from 6:00 PM to midnight.
After midnight, there is a shuttle at 12:30 AM and another at 1:30 AM.

For airport pickup, head to door 512 on Island 3 â€” no need to call, the shuttle runs on schedule.

All vehicles must be properly registered to avoid being towed. Once registered, you may park in any available space not marked as “Reserved.”

3:30 AM to 1:30 AM every 30min

It arrives at the hotel every 30 minutes, specifically at :15 and :45 past the hour, day and night.
For airport pickup, simply head outside to door 512 on Island 3 â€” there's no need to call, as the shuttle runs continuously.

Upon arrival, please present your parking reservation at the hotel front desk. You will receive a validation code and be asked to register your vehicle using the QR code provided at the desk. All vehicles must be properly registered to be authorized for parking. Once registered, you may park in any available space not marked “Reserved.”

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 3:30 AM to 1:30 AM, pick-ups at the airport are on the :15 and :45 of each hour.

For airport pickup, please proceed to Door 512 on Island 3. Before exiting the lot upon your return, guests must present their parking code at the front desk for validation.

There is no shuttle service outside of these hours.

2. Park your car and look for the LED signs for shuttle pick up area. Shuttle drivers will assist with luggage and drop you at your airport terminal.

1. East Side of Terminal: Island 3, outside Door 511

2. West Side of Terminal: Island 3, outside Door 508

   (Island 3 is the third curbside lane from the terminal exit doors.)

We pick up from both sides of the terminal on Ground Transportation, Level 5 – Island 3. On the West side, exit through door 508 and proceed to Island 3. On the East side, exit through door 509 and proceed to Island 3. 
Please remember to have your parking location or valet ticket ready for the shuttle driver when you load.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
