" Location was easy to find. Parking car was no problem. 10 to 15 minute wait to left for cruise terminal. Pickup after the cruise was just as good. We were met at outside of terminal and told where to go. Van was waiting for us and took us right to parking garage. Got in our car and drove straight out out of garage and we were on our way. "

Pay for a different lot on holidays/ busy times

" Have used this site many times. In the past, the experience was positive. I parked on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and it was a mess. There were too many people, no order in who and when you were picked up by the shuttle to get to the airport. The people at the check in gate lied continuously saying that the shuttle would be there in 5 min. A shuttle did arrive, but there were 75 people waiting to get on and no orderly line, process to get picked up. I ended up paying for an expensive UBER to get me to the airport in time. Not a positive experience. The return pick up was great, quick and professional."

Service Worked & Money Saved

" Serviced worked seamlessly and the facility used (The Parking Mall) was easy to locate with signs. The transfer to/from the cruise terminal was only minutes and the employees were supportive and helpful with a great attitude. The lot was not paved but is securely gated and serves the purpose well at a reasonable cost. "
