Best place for short term parking
" This is the second time I used Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria for short term parking. The price was very reasonable and convenient. I will definitely use the lot again. "

Our favorite parking at BWI, but check on the 12-2 pm break
" We've parked here several times and love the location, price, and service. This past time, though, we ran into a little snag related to their 12-2 pm "break". The b2p website says " Shuttle Hours: 4am to 12pm (noon) resumes at 2pm to 10pm, every 30 minutes inside the shuttle schedules." What's not clear is when the 30 minutes trips occur. We arrived at 11:35 am, expecting a noon shuttle. The desk staff told us that the next shuttle would in fact be at 11:45 - sounded great. We waited and around noon checked with the desk staff again and she said the shuttle would be there shortly. And yes, it arrived at 12:05, but the driver stated that he was done his time at noon and started to park the bus. We went back inside to ask what options Aloft could provide and the desk staff quickly went to check with her manager. He came right out and apologized for the issue and grabbed the key from the driver to drive us over himself. Word to the wise - call and verify when the last shuttle is before the break. "

Not a 24 shuttle...drawback...
" Great for the flight out, the main reason to use the parking is the benefit of the shuttles...we don't usually fly out of Washington International, I was completely shocked that none of the places offered had a 24 hr shuttle...so in the future we will just stay with Dulles or BWI....BUT the facility itself was nice!!! "

" Parking at this location was so convenient. I reserved online. I checked in at the hotel when I arrived. After I parked the car I only had to wait a few minutes for the free shuttle to the airport. After my two weeks vacation catching the return shuttle was just as flawless. Shuttle drivers were both polite. "

Convenience, safety, and affordabilty
" Shuttle driver and hotel staff were professional and friendly. Parking with Book2Park is easy, convenient, and less expensive than airport long-term parking. I feel safer waiting for a hotel shuttle and rest easier leaving my car at a hotel."

" The entire process from online parking reservations to checkin to shuttle were excellent. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend book2park.com at Hilton Garden Inn RDU Airport. My only suggestion is to make sure you get on the HGI RDU Airport shuttle upon return as there are two HGI�s with shuttles. The other one is HGI RTP. "
