" Love the option to utilize this service to park. My usual spot seems to have an increase in prices every few months and this really worked out for me. I parked caught the shuttle to the airport in a matter of minutes. Called shuttle for pick up and driver arrived in 10 minutes. Will definitely use this service again!!!"

" I'm so glad I found Aloft parking through Book2Park! It saved me money and made my airport travel so easy. The shuttle service was quick and convenient, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in the Aloft lot. Francisco was there bright and early on Thanksgiving morning to take a group of us to the airport, and he arrived just as quickly for my pickup upon my return. Highly recommend!"

" This was the easiest way to park off site from the airport. The hotel front desk had me fill out a simple form, showed me where to park, while the shuttle driver loaded our luggage. He dropped us off right at the curbside check-in. On our return trip, the shuttle was already at the airport, drove us directly to my vehicle, and even transferred our luggage into my car. Great service and all with a very pleasant attitude. I will definitely do this again!"

" Not only cost effective but also affords customer service that maintains brand loyalty. Only ask that customers be notified in advance when the airport pick up location changes and is different from the location indicated on the original receipt delivered at drop off. Text, voicemail or email updates would be greatly appreciated. "

" Easy checkin with parking available right next to the hotel. Quick and courteous shuttle to and from the airport. They emailed us a pickup reminder and offered us the opportunity to extend late in our trip. All we had to do after a 10 hour trip from Ireland was put our luggage in the trunk and drive home. I will definitely use this again! "

" Completely satisfied with this program parking at Westin BWI. This isn't the first time parking there flying from BWI airport. The shuddle drivers are always caring, helpful and respectful. Great price and service for furloughed people
" This was so good for my budget. I was furloughed w/o income for 6 weeks. I thought it was going to take a long time for someone to pick me up when I flew back to BWI but it didn�t. The driver told me he would pick me up in 10 minutes AND HE DID. The driver, a VERY, VERY nice and well mannered man, said he usually works the front desk but he needed to fill in as a driver. I will use this alternate parking situation again in the very near future."
