" I highly recommend this shuttle service. The shuttle was there & ready for us, upon departure going to the airport. Also the shuttle was at airport waiting for us, upon returning back to the airport. No one bothered our vehicle while we left it at the hotel. I would say the hotel could use more outside lights all around the building. I would definitely use them again for parking & shuttle to the airport."

" When we arrived, there was plenty of parking available, the shuttle was ready and quickly took us to the airport. Our driver was very nice and pleasant. When we needed to be picked up from the airport, we called Spark by Hilton and they said they would have a shuttle in 10 to 15 mins. He arrived in 10 mins and it was the same driver!! Very efficient, we did not need to wait. Would highly recommend using Spark Hilton and Book 2 Park again. "

Easy to park and travel to DCA

" Parking in this location is always on point and when I tell you that you can save money on parking here, believe me! The area is safe despite the appearance. I'm sure things happen, but not often enough for me to change parking spots. Mrs. Hong is wonderful. Also, what I like is now they have a schedule. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. This helps me plan my timing on when I arrive at the parking lot! if you haven't parked here, try it, you won't be disappointed. "

Great place to park while flying
" By far the best hotel to park while flying out of Dulles is: Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport. Ample parking covered or uncovered, a shuttle at 15 and 40, nearby, reliable, and a not so bad price."

Prompt, outstanding shuttle service
" I had a great experience using the park and ride at Chantilly Comfort Suites . The female driver was prompt and friendly. the shuttle comfortable and the parking lot was safe and well lit. I like that many of their drivers have been there for years. "

GREAT RATE TO PARK AND EASY BREEZY
" This is the first time I parked at the Hilton. I usually Uber but they have gotten so expensive I thought I would give this a try. It was awesome. The shuttle was ready to go in 5 minutes for a less than 5 minute drive to the airport. I also got there a little early so I had a quick breakfast in the care before I headed to the airport which was delicious. No more Ubers to the airport. I will definitely park at the Hilton again. "
