We've book2park several times when flying out of RDU. It's been a mixed bag, largely due to customer service quality of shuttle drivers, promptness of shuttles on returning, etc. However, this time, it was awesome. We had the same driver (Leo maybe?) and he was terrific. Very personable and helpful. He was great on our return ride, arriving within 5 minutes of us getting to the pickup point at Terminal 1. Also, very natural conversationlist and took us directly to our car in the lot at the Hilton Garden Inn. Desk staff could learn from him. They tend to be workmanlike, and not particularly interested in being helpful. Just did their jobs... We'll continue to use book2park at Hilton Garden Inn!
