" Parked at the Comfort Suites for 3 weeks. Shuttle was on time and prompt and plenty of uncovered parking. Process was easy, signed in and was given a parking pass. When I returned, I called the hotel and was picked up promptly. Got to my car to find the battery was dead and the front desk staff helped me jump start the car without delay. Will certainly park here again when flying out of Dulles for the convenience, safety and helpful staff."

" The positives were: convenient location, easy to access, great price point, and the staff was friendly. Two experiences that are notable of mentioning: we had to wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport because the shuttle driver is also the person who works the hotel front desk. I called the hotel when we knew our flights were going to be delayed to make them aware. I told the front desk person our approximate arrival time and was assured that we could still call and the shuttle would take us to our car. When we landed I did call and initially was told that the shuttle was no longer operating for the night. I did receive a call back and they did send the shuttle to get us. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for the shuttle. The information provided when I made the reservation stated that the shuttle would run every thirty minutes and was available until 11:00 pm. Our plane landed at 9:50. "
