" Is was as advertised except I did not realize (my fault) that they charge you fuel and transportation to the airport. Check the charges before you pay. Still cheaper is you come between 6 AM and 9:00 PM other wise you need to get an uber or Taxi which was not cheap. In my case I would have been better off parking at Dulles parking lot."

Shuttle service provided going and returning from airport. Called number to setup shuttle service immediately after exiting the plane. Shuttle was timely and ride to hotel short. Exchange at front desk to get exit instructions and card to exit parking garage was pleasant and efficient. Upon arrival at vehicle, all appeared to be in order. Exit and Dropbox for token card was effortless. Couldn�t have asked for a better experience."

" This experience was flawless. We parked at the Radisson Hotel (BNA) near the Nashville International Airport for 2 weeks, from 7/25/26 to 8/8/2026. When we arrived at the Radisson Hotel, we checked in at the desk, parked our car, and were on the shuttle to the airport within 15 minutes. The driver was courteous and dropped us off at the airport close to our gate we needed to check in at. When we returned to the airport, we called the number for the hotel shuttle service, waited at the airport shuttle hotel pick-up area for less than five minutes, and were on our way back to the hotel to pick up our car. We felt secure leaving our car in the lot because we noted hotel security making walking rounds in the lot before we left. We will utilize this service at this hotel the next time we fly out of BNA.
