" To start with, check-in and parking was very easy. My wife has a mobility issue and it was suggested that she ride in the passenger seat. That was wonderful and there was no problem transporting her foldable wheelchair. Along with everyone else, with had concerns when getting the return shuttle. Again, the driver was extremely helpful with our special needs. The 28 degree temperature produced a few dead car batteries --- one of which was next to our car. The driver asked if we would be able to give that car a jump and we were happy to do so. Overall, we couldn't had asked for a better experience, especially under the conditions. I highly recommend The Parking Mall."

" Looking for the Orange trailer certainly helped locating the parking area. Recommend improving the signs for directions. Had to make one u turn. Locating pick up area on our return at the port was a little challenging, but most port staff did assist in locating the return transportation bus. We had to look around several buses and found the a black bus with an orange banner on it. "

" When I came back to the hotel, my car was covered in ice and there was snow plowed in front of my car. There was snow behind my car as well. Fortunately, the space behind me was empty. Here's the WONDERFUL part. The driver who took me back to the Double Tree on Sterling , came to my rescue! He politely asked me to sit in my car and stay warm as he cleaned off my car, broke up the ice on the ground and shoveled around my car so that I could back out of the space!!! I usually carry a shovel when snow is anticipated. Even if I had one, it would have taken me a really long time to dig myself out!! Words can't explain how grateful I was!!"
