Fairfield Inn & Suites shuttle runs 24 hours every Hour on the Hour to the Airport and Pickups are on demand. Call hotel at 954-981-2700 for shuttle once you have luggage; they will instruct you as to where to find the shuttle.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a 30 - 60 minute  shuttle wait at the airport during busy periods. Please plan accordingly. Be sure to arrive no less than 1 hour before the top of the hour to ensure timely arrival to the airport.

ShuttlUpon arrival, please check in with a front desk associate to receive your parking pass. This pass must be displayed clearly on your vehicle’s dashboard. Parking is permitted only in designated areas approved by the hotel. Vehicles parked elsewhere may be towed at the owner's expense.

The airport shuttle operates daily from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM, departing every hour on the half hour.

Please note: Shuttle service is exclusively for airport transportation and does not include service to the cruise port.

Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the hotel at least 20 minutes before the shuttle departure time to allow for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals may need to wait for the next available shuttle.

To arrange airport pick-up, please call 954-922-0011. For transportation from the hotel, please speak with the front desk.

Handicap-accessible parking is limited and intended for short-term use. If your stay exceeds two days and you require accessible parking, please inquire at the front desk for guidance.

During busy periods, shuttle wait times may be longer than usual. If you choose to use a taxi or rideshare, those costs will be at your own expense.

Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to receive your parking tag. Guests may present a printed copy of their booking confirmation or show the confirmation email on a smart device.

The parking facility is conveniently located across from Oakwood Boulevard Mall off Stirling Road.

• Friday and Saturday: Every hour on the hour from 4:30 AM to 12:45 AM
There is no shuttle service outside of these hours.
Airport Pick-Up:
During shuttle hours, pickups are on demand. To request an airport pick-up, please call 954-920-9696 and press “7.”

Upon your arrival at the hotel, please park your vehicle and proceed to the front desk with your reservation.

The complimentary airport shuttle runs on the hour, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, providing transportation to and from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

After your return flight, please collect your luggage first. Once you have your bags, call 954-989-3636 to request pick-up.

FLL AIRPORT CHECK IN:

We are located inside the Casino @ Dania Beach's parking lot in the North East corner by the white tent. You must check-in at the orange trailer prior to parking.  Please have your reservation ready to show the attendant. We will provide you a return ticket, vehicle tag, and remove your luggage to be placed on the shuttle. Confirm your phone number & email with the attendant as you will receive a special link to request your shuttle when you return.

24/7. Free transportation for up to 4 passengers; every additional is $10.00 per person.

For domestic flights please arrive 2.5-3 hours before; for international flights please arrive 3.5-4 hours before scheduled departure time. Please note: our check in process can take 15-20 minutes and we leave no customer behind. We recommend arriving at the lot 30 minutes before you would like to be at the airport.

FLL AIRPORT PICK-UP:
After you checked in, you received a text message and email containing your ticket number and a special link to request your shuttle when you return. Please follow these steps:
1. When you land and have all your luggage, click the link in your text or email.
2. The link will open a web-based browser page (no app download required).
3. Enter the basic information requested (name, passenger #, and terminal).
4. Once submitted, you’ll see your assigned shuttle on GPS with live ETA updates.
No phone call is needed â€” your shuttle request will be sent directly to our dispatch system.

Please do not request prior to customs or baggage claim. Waiting areas are in-between the terminals on the ground floor (arrivals). Drivers cannot pick-up anywhere else.

Wear provided stickers and look for a shuttle that reads "Park By The Ports".

Terminal 1: When outside, walk RIGHT to the sign that reads "Shuttles to Off Airport Parking" in-between terminal 1 & 2 under Letter E.

Terminal 2: When outside, walk LEFT to the sign that reads "Shuttles to Off Airport Parking" in-between terminal 1 & 2 under Letter E.

Terminal 3: When outside, walk RIGHT to the sign that reads "Shuttles to Off Airport Parking" in-between terminal 3 & 4 under Letter F.

Terminal 4: When outside, walk LEFT to the sign that reads "Shuttles to Off Airport Parking" in-between terminal 3 & 4 under Letter F.

When you arrive, pull into the valet area and show your emailed confirmation to the valet attendant. Once your car is checked in, you can proceed to the shuttle for airport transportation.

The shuttle operates 24/7, departing every hour on the hour (for example, 9:00, 10:00, and so on).

After collecting your luggage, please call 954-802-7543 to request an on-demand shuttle from the airport.

Cruise Port (Port Everglades) Customers

Shuttle service to the cruise port is available for an additional fee of $20 one way. Please visit the front desk upon arrival to register and arrange transportation.

This reservation includes complimentary AIRPORT shuttle. Cruise port shuttle is 20$.

Courtyard shuttle runs from 5:00 AM - 12 AM (midnight) every 30 minutes and pick ups are on demand within shuttle hours. No shuttle outside of these hours.
