When we needed to be picked up from the airport, we called Spark by Hilton and they said they would have a shuttle in 10 to 15 mins. He arrived in 10 mins and it was the same driver!! " Parking in this location is always on point and when I tell you that you can save money on parking here, believe me! The area is safe despite the appearance. I'm sure things happen, but not often enough for me to change parking spots. Mrs. Hong is wonderful. Also, what I like is now they have a schedule. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. This helps me plan my timing on when I arrive at the parking lot! if you haven't parked here, try it, you won't be disappointed. "

" This is the first time I parked at the Hilton. I usually Uber but they have gotten so expensive I thought I would give this a try. It was awesome. The shuttle was ready to go in 5 minutes for a less than 5 minute drive to the airport. I also got there a little early so I had a quick breakfast in the care before I headed to the airport which was delicious. No more Ubers to the airport. I will definitely park at the Hilton again. "
