This experience was very positive. The hotel was quite used to and ready to accommodate the needs of those using their lot for airport parking. The sign-in was smooth and the shuttle was ready as soon as I got there. I was, in fact, the only passenger on the shuttle but, as long as I was ready, so were they. Cost was approximately half of what I would have paid in long-term parking at the airport and, frankly, I felt the lot was more secure. I will definitely use this system again.

I've used the DoubleTree Dulles parking booked through Book2park.com several times and been quite satisfied. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and helpful, and there's free coffee in the morning in the lobby and a restroom you can use just down the hall. The shuttle from hotel to IAD is punctual. The shuttle from IAD to hotel is not, and once didn't show up until I called. They'll tell you at the hotel you don't need to call for pick-up, but I'm thinking that if no one at the hotel needs a particular "half-hourly" shuttle to IAD, it just doesn't run. I strongly recommend calling the hotel no later than either 25 or 55 after the hour, so they know to send the shuttle to get you. Also, there is no "lot attendant". You have to park, go to the front desk to fill out a form, then go back to your car to put a number card on your dash. And if folks are checking into or out of the hotel, there can be a wait at the front desk. So make sure you leave enough time for this before your "on the hour and half-hour" shuttle.

Great service! The hotel was close to the airport with plenty of parking spaces. The shuttle was on time and the driver was courteous and wonderful. On the way back I forgot my suitcase in the parking lot but the hotel held on to it for me and I was able to pick it up without any hassle. Highly recommended!
