Very convenient and using hotel shuttle was much easier than using Dulles Economy parking shuttle and having to load and unload my luggage in a hurry without any help. Upon return, hotel shuttle drove me right to my car.

Shuttle is on call most times which minimizes waiting; Smaller hotel so it may fill up fast. Some sides of lot have a lot of trees and you may return to a dirty car.

The website for booking is clear and easy to use. Options to change or extend the booking are helpful when travel plans change. It was a very smooth process to reserve parking online (and much cheaper than three weeks at airport long term lot) and follow up with the hotel front desk. I parked my car in the back lot of the hotel (where staff directed) and placed a dashboard sign indicating my parking dates. I definitely recommend this service if you need to leave your car at the airport; use an airport hotel instead and take their shuttle (or use ride service).

Good reliable service, but shuttle is only once per hour would be nicer if shuttle was 2x per hour during daytime open parking lot (not covered)

We were able to park right in the front row, near the entrance. Our trip to and from the airport went smoothly. The driver stopped right by our car.

What�s to say about parking your car? Book and pay on this site. Show up with your car. Leave it there. Come back on time and take your car! Easy Peasy, right? However, what if your flight is delayed or cancelled? Book 2 Park sends you an email a day or two before you are due back asking if you need to extend. Cool. I will return.
