Good reliable service, but shuttle is only once per hour would be nicer if shuttle was 2x per hour during daytime open parking lot (not covered)

I have used this same location four times and have been very satisfied. This time though, with covid changes, the shuttle was shared between other hotels and so it took more time. Instead of 10 to 15 minutes it was more like 20 to 30 minutes.

Worked great! Could have been more secure, but honestly, for the price it couldn�t be beat. They did patrol the lot at least daily, so despite a lack of fences, the cars were at least checked and rechecked.

Overall pleasant experience. The staff are generally helpful and nice. The �auxiliary� parking lot (for airport parking) is off to the side of the property in a relatively deserted and dark area, it made me wonder a bit about safety (but nothing happened to me or my car). Their book2park profile says the shuttle hours are 6 am to 11 pm; However when I returned on a Sunday evening, the person said that the shuttle stops at 9:30 pm. So I had to rush out of the airport to make it to the shuttle. They just need to update their profile with the correct hours of the shuttle.
