Overall pleasant experience. The staff are generally helpful and nice. The �auxiliary� parking lot (for airport parking) is off to the side of the property in a relatively deserted and dark area, it made me wonder a bit about safety (but nothing happened to me or my car). Their book2park profile says the shuttle hours are 6 am to 11 pm; However when I returned on a Sunday evening, the person said that the shuttle stops at 9:30 pm. So I had to rush out of the airport to make it to the shuttle. They just need to update their profile with the correct hours of the shuttle.

The shuttle service is outstanding. They are there waiting to take me to the airport when I park, and are prompt to pick me up on return.

I am very pleased with my experience. It was an easy process to check in and park, and the shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived! Upon returning, I did not have to wait long for a shuttle. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this method of airport parking again, and will recommend it to others.

Good service and value. Shuttle at the beginning was very prompt. On the other hand, the shuttle on arrival at the end of the stay was delayed.
The location for the shuttle pickup been changed to Door 2B. Please update your invoice information that states that shuttle pick up is at Door 2H.
