In general I think that BWI does park-and-ride better than IAD. We tried a few different hotel park and rides, and we will be sticking with the Double Tree. Their service is nearly as good as what you get at BWI. Our experience: - The online reservation is very easy. I was a little sketched out by the "book2park.com" interface, but when I called Double Tree they confirmed that was the correct place to make the reservation - This the cheapest option - The shuttle was right on time leaving - The driver noticed that we had a ton of luggage so was nice enough to drop us on the upper level and help us unload - When we arrived I called the hotel (per their instructions) and they gave me very accurate time information - Our luggage took a while to arrive which made us miss the next pickup BUT the driver waited for us - The driver dropped us off at our car and helped us unload

Shuttle driver George was super friendly on both trips, as were attendants at front desk. Hotel needed better direction when telling clients where to wait on return trip. They only knew shuttle stop 2H, but at 24 degrees outside, I would have preferred to know which door to exit from INSIDE the terminal instead of walking to search for it in the cold.

Great experience and reasonable price. I will definitely use this service again. The shuttle leaves the hotel to IAD promptly every 30 minutes (on the hour and 30 minutes after the hour). The driver was very courteous and he helped me with my luggage.
