On the way to the airport everything was fine. On the way back we had to wait almost an hour to start driving back from the moment of our call. Shuttle came within 45 minutes, but waited another 15 minutes, although nobody came. Other than that everything else was fine. If you not in a hurry, that�s would be okay. Otherwise, may create some problem. Lucky for us we were not.

My Go-To Parking Option

I've used Book2Park on multiple trips now. They are legit, reliable, and one of the more affordable options. The parking areas are easy to find, and the customer service is good. I've never felt uneasy with the lots or had problems with anyone messing with my car. Shuttle waits are reasonable but can be a little variable, depending on how far the lot is from the airport. On my most recent return trip, I just missed the shuttle run and had a to wait about 25 minutes for the next one. Some flexibility is required. The drivers have all been friendly and waste no time getting you to where you're going. You can also extend your reservation remotely if you miss a connection or don't return on the expected date. I recommend Book2Park and will continue using the service myself.

Parked here to fly out of Dulles airport. Everything was good except the shuttle took 40 mins to pick us up.

Drop off is, as always. easy since the shuttle is there at the hotel. Pickup from airport took over 25 minutes.

I've use this service many times over the years and whilst parking at the Hotel has never been an issue, the only gripe I've had was waiting for the return shuttle bus prick up at Dulles airport, which in the past has been sporadic to say the least. The wait times ranged from 15 minutes to 1 hour in the past. However, this time around, there were no delays what so ever and it was back in my car within 15 minutes of leaving Dulles airport. Just to state the attendant service was excellent this time as well.

I had a very positive experience. My only comment is that I was disappointed in the price increase. The increase was quite high from when I last booked this Hotel, which wasn't very long ago.
