Everything was good, easy to make the reservation, paperwork very understandable. Unfortunately when we returned (on a very hot and humid day after a 9+ hour flight) and called to say we were ready for pickup, no one at the desk told us that they were using a van from a different hotel. So we were obviously not looking for the right van. Finally after one hour and on the third phone call we were told to look for the correct van. By this time we were very warm and very tired. Other than that every was good.

This service is easy and inexpensive to use. However if you need help with your bags, choose another hotel. We wont use again. This is the second time using the service and BOTH times, on the return trip, my husband had to put our bags in the van. I think it was the same driver on both return trips. He did help others behind us, but not us.

Really pleased with the drop off and shuttle TO the airport. Left quickly, driver friendly. When I arrived back at Dulles (IAD) a week later, I called the hotel (like was on the info sheet) at 6:30 pm. I was told the driver would be leaving in 5 min and would be there 20 min later. 45 minutes later I hadn't seen anybody from the doubletree and called back. I was then told it would be 10 min. 15 min later (I'd been waiting an HOUR) they showed up. No explanation or apology. The rating below if for the return trip[

Book2park�s service was great, lots of options offered. We chose the lowest price - $5.50 per day - and got lackadaisical delivery service: 1/2 hr late on pickup, 20 mins late on delivery. We had time so our trip was not affected but I found it hard to tip the guy.

The Hilton Double Tree is a tad far from the airport , so with a minimal price difference between it and others that are closer, I would choose a closer one next time. And the staff were helpful but not especially friendly. Also, the shuttle returning to the airport never came. I called as instructed to tell them I was there and needed to be picked up. They said it would be about 20 min, as the van had just dropped some guests off and had already started back to the hotel. 45 min later, it still hadn't arrived. There was one other guest waiting, so we ended up sharing and Uber. Over all, I would definitely use the Book2Park site again, but I'm going to avoid this hotel next time.
