I would definitely use your parking service again when flying out of IAD. Your shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful. My daughter picked up the car when she flew into IAD, and she mentioned the snow had even been removed from the car!

Doubletree Hotel near Dulles Check in was fine, the shuttle was on time. When we returned to Dulles, we were told the shuttle would be there in 15 mins, and regularly came to the terminal every 30 minutes. It did not. The temperature was around 5degrees with the wind and we had to wait an hour. Luckily we went back inside, but we were upset we had to wait so long in the cold. All the other hotels shuttles came by at least 4 times before ours showed up. Fail.

The hotel location was good, and parking area clean and well monitored. I felt good leaving my car there. The hotel complimentary shuttle was ready and waiting when I need the drop to the airport and pickup as well. Excellent service, and I'll use them again.

Location is not too far from IAD terminal (about 10-15 minutes) and the parking rates are great. Everyone at hotel was friendly from drop-off to pick-up. My car battery died and the staff went above-and-beyond in helping recharging it. Not once did they come across as annoyed. I'm sure at most other places they would tell you to call AAA. My only concern is not having night security randomly walk the parking lot. The hotel's Operations Manager explained there had been no issues in the past, but you just never know. Even if a member of the hotel staff periodically checked would have made me feel a little safer.
