Arrival 
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk before parking your vehicle. Once you have checked in, park in the spots marked as Reserved 24hrs Blue Planet Parking. The reserved spaces are located in the rear of the hotel across Oak Street.

$5 per person each way for shuttle service.

Transfer 
The shuttle runs on demand from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM. 

Return 
After collecting your luggage, please call 604-263-1555 to arrange pickup from Airport.

Shuttle is free for Park, Stay & Fly guests. Parking-only customers: $5/person/trip or use Uber/Lyft.

^Overtime/Additional Entries: If you exit and try to re-enter a facility that does not permit multiple entries, you will likely need to start a new parking session and may be charged the standard public rate or an additional fee.

^Cancellation Policy: All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
