Arrival 
Please visit the hotel front desk to check in before parking your vehicle. Present your parking reservation confirmation to the front desk agent to receive a validation code. After obtaining your code, scan the QR code located on-site and follow the prompts to officially register your vehicle using the validation code provided.

Transfer 
Seamless and reliable. The complimentary shuttle service operates daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, departing every 30 minutes. To ensure a stress-free departure, we highly recommend arriving at the facility early, as shuttle seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may occasionally reach full capacity.

Return 
Upon your return to the airport, once you have collected your luggage and are ready for pick-up, please call 843-747-1882 to request a shuttle. A driver will be dispatched to collect you and bring you straight back to the hotel.

Special Conditions

^Overtime/Additional Entries: If you exit and try to re-enter a facility that does not permit multiple entries, you will likely need to start a new parking session and may be charged the standard public rate or an additional fee.

^Cancellation Policy: All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
