" This was the first time I have ever used this service, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. It was much easier and faster than finding scarce parking at the airport, then walking forever to the airport, then trying to remember where you parked! I basically had door-to-door delivery at a fraction of the cost. The shuttle was on time, (I never waited being picked up at the hotel or the airport), the drivers were amazing, helpful with my luggage, and so very nice. The van was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. I highly recommend using this service at Homewood Suites (SAT). I felt like a VIP! Thank you so very much. "

" I highly recommend this for long term parking. The rate was less than anywhere else and it was convenience plus! Park the car and take the complimentary shuttle to your terminal. The great thing about this location is it's RIGHT outside of the airport, so once you get on the shuttle you're there in mins...no sitting in rush hour traffic because you're already there! The lot was secure and undercover. Park yourself. Check back in with the front desk after the shuttle brings you back from your return trip, and they give you a "key" to depart the garage. It was great!"

" It took us awhile to find the hotel (WHY aren't some hotels marked clearly on ALL sides?) but once we found it there was plenty of parking. The shuttle was ready to go in 5" to the airport. When we came home @ 10pm, only waited 20" for the shuttle back to the hotel. Out of the garage in 5" & was on the way home. Super convenient & will do it again."

" Parking at the Doubletree Hotel lot was efficient. Used shuttle service both ways to Dulles. On the return, we just missed the driver, but called the Hotel immediately and he returned to pick us up within 30 minutes. Third time parking here. Previously about two years ago, we returned to find our license plates had been stolen (no fault of the hotel), but we decided to give it another go. No incidents this trip.
