Very easy to use and we had no problems. You need to make sure you print out the correct parking confirmation that shows the "Pay to Lot - $0.00" or the hotel will give you a problem. I had the correct receipt and it was super easy and quick with absolutely no problems. The lady next to me did not have the correct receipt and she was having a lot of problems from the hotel. Also, we did not have any problems with the ticket not opening the exit gate as some reviews have stated. Maybe it has to do with how you scan the ticket. I am very happy with the whole process and would not hesitate to use it again.

Excellent experience and very good discount off of normal hotel rates. Also, had to change the plates for the car I was going to park a couple of time due to car issues and the customer service was impeccable. Will use Book2Park whenever I can in the future.

Great experience! Safe covered parking that protected my car from snow and ice while we were away. Wonderful shuttle service to and from. Just make sure to keep your entering ticket and receipt from Book2Park when you exit the garage. You need to stop at the front desk and show both to have your ticket validated before going to pick up your car. The woman at the desk, with an attitude, tried to make us pay again as she said the receipt from Book2Park didn't show we paid. I proceeded to make it clear. Another person forgot to stop at the desk to get the ticket validated and had to go back up to the desk. Pay attention to directions and its not difficult. Would definitely use this service again!!
