Rude driver was over an hour late due to �traffic.� The spot is only a 5 minute drive away. We could have walked there faster!! Driver did not assist with bags (did not even exit vehicle to open/close doors for any of the passengers for multiple stops). When I complained; their response was simply ridiculous. I will avoid this place in the future, and suggest everyone do the same. No one needs or deserves this added stress when traveling.
