The Westin Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport.

Arrival

1. Please pull into the hotel garage. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
2. Head to the hotel lobby, show your prepaid parking pass to the front desk. Fill out a form with your Name, License plate number with State information to enroll your vehicle.
3. Board the shuttle and travel safely! Please note, The shuttle is first come, first serve with priority for hotel registered guests.

Departure

1. After securing your luggage, proceed outside to the off hotel shuttle designated location. A shuttle is available from 4:30 am -10:30 pm. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes to depart for the airport.
2. From Terminal 1: Hotel Shuttles pick up at Curbside 2.
3. From Terminal 2: Hotel Shuttles pick up at Curbside 1 (Door#4 or Door #7).
4. Once you have returned from your trip, you can proceed to your car and depart the garage.  If your car has not been enrolled, before you attempt to exit the garage, you will not be able to exit and will need to visit the front desk to register your vehicle.

This program does not apply to the hotel Guests. Please note: This garage has a height restriction of 6'8" - larger vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
