Returning my car was super easy and smooth. Benny at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. He made the whole process quick and stress-free. Great service!The shuttle service was also great on time and very convenient. Everything was well organized. Highly recommend!
Not a 24 shuttle...drawback...

Great for the flight out, the main reason to use the parking is the benefit of the shuttles...we don't usually fly out of Washington International, I was completely shocked that none of the places offered had a 24 hr shuttle...so in the future we will just stay with Dulles or BWI....BUT the facility itself was nice!!!

When I checked into Westin, I was asked to show the booking form. Then I had to fill out a form with particular attention to license plate number as there is no ticket to check in. I was a little apprehensive that the gate would open upon my departure, but it did just that after about 4-5 sec delay. Well Done.

The Westin receptionist and shuttle drivers were so very welcoming, helpful and extremely pleasant. They treated me as if I was staying at the hotel rather than just airport parking. The parking garage was immaculate and parking spaces were of good size. Whenever flying out of Reagan National I will definitely leave my car at the Westin.

I've used to this parking each time I travel using Reagan International Airport. And I must say it is very convenient, safe and secured. The Hotel Receptionist helps and makes it easy to drop my car and the shuttle picking us up and dropping us off is very quick and efficient. It is highly recommended.
