Check in and parking was pretty easy however, the speed of the shuttle needs to be improved. It runs every half hour however, with the close proximity to the airport I think it should run more frequently. Every 15 minutes would be better. Lastly, the condition of the shuttle van was just ok. The van needs to be cleaned, vacuumed and one headlight was out which is a safety hazard.

Overall experience was "neutral". Drop off of vehicle & transport to the airport was fine. Our pick-up at the airport upon return was delayed about 45 minutes since the van driver did not pick us up in a timely manner. This was disappointing after a long plane trip. Need to pick up when promised.

I like the site and larger branch off book2park. The ease of reserving a parking spot, comparing prices and information provided about pick up times was really helpful. But unfortunately the actual establishment, Comfort Inn, was less than impressive. The staff seemed bothered when I initially arrived and had a few questions about where to park my vehicle. And on the return at the airport the driver left even though I was waving my hand around like a mad woman for him to wait. Then when I called the hotel the gentleman just told me I had to wait about 30mins for the next pick up. And finally when I did get back to the hotel the driver dropped me off in front of the hotel leaving me to drag my heavy bags across the gravel lot to my car. All in all nice price, but staff needs to work on customer service skills.

The hotel and shuttle service was great. Easy to understand. The deduction of 2 stars is because the total cost is not a better deal than parking at the airport, which is closer and does not require prior planning. On short trips, the cost of tolls and tipping came out to be the same and is more of a hassle.
