Please allow extra time to register your vehicle in case of road and/or weather conditions which may affect traffic and transportation times.
Upon your return, please go to stop 2-H (Due to recent changes pick up zone can be stop 2-B, Please call hotel to arrange pick up) at the airport ground floor/baggage level, near baggage carousel 6 where all the hotel shuttles pick up and call for pick-up. *Please call after luggage has been claimed*

Great overall experience
The shuttle is offered 7 am - 10 pm Our return flight was delayed a lot and we had to run the length of IAD airport from the farthest gate on C concourse to ground transportation. The last shuttle was already at the airport since somebody else had contacted them. We were lucky to get in before it departed.
I recently booked a car parking spot using book2park, my overall experience was very satisfying. The entire booing process was quite easy. The customer services were also up to the mark.

Quick, courteous sign in and trip to the airport. The driver was very friendly and helpful. On the return leg, the van arrived less than 20 minutes after we called. It was the same friendly, courteous driver as when we left. Great location and price!
They were excellent in communicating in-person and via phone. They were so helpful when i needed to extend my reservation. Also, you will never miss the designated parking area. Definitely will park here again. Oh yeah and the shuttle were prompt and so friendly (his name is Tony).
