When we arrived, there was plenty of parking available, the shuttle was ready and quickly took us to the airport. Our driver was very nice and pleasant. When we needed to be picked up from the airport, we called Spark by Hilton and they said they would have a shuttle in 10 to 15 mins. He arrived in 10 mins and it was the same driver!! Very efficient, we did not need to wait. Would highly recommend using Spark Hilton and Book 2 Park again.
