Easy registration, helpful hotel staff Shuttle was excellent from hotel to airport, but on our return we called and indicated our arrival at the pick up,location as indicate on the emailed instructions only to be told hat the shuttle runs every thirty minutes....and then we waited over a hour in the rain

We have used this hotel several times when flying internationally. We have never really had any issues. The only issue we had was our last flight we waited longer then 30 minutes for the driver to come and pick us up and take us to the airport. The customer service is excellent and the cookies are amazing!

Super easy to book a reservation, even just a few hours prior to arrival. Upon arrival, easy to check-in, place tag in car and self park. Lot appeared safe, clean, nice hotel. Love the fact the shuttle was every 30 minutes (versus every one hour at other lots). The shuttle was very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Driver loaded our bags (even though we had 5 suit cases all over 50-pounds).

Hello! I found the parking at the DoubleTree Hotel to be very easy and accommodating. However, when I arrived at IAD and was ready to leave at 6:30 am, it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I called and they told me when the next shuttle would arrive which was accurate. While I was waiting, I saw 3-4 shuttles for Marriott and will park their in the future. It appears that their shuttles come more frequently.
