My only issue is because I have mobility problems and I am of short stature, instead of using the mechanical step attached to the vehicle, both driver's provided a little plastic step stool to enter and depart the shuttle. It wasn't an issue that I felt merits a lower score, but it does present an unprofessional appearance for the hotel. Other than that, the drivers, adherence to schedule, and price were all as advertised and expected.

We are extremely pleased with your Book2Park service at this Double Tree Hotel at Dulles. The desk service in the hotel is always efficient and quick at checking our vehicle in and the shuttle is always there waiting to take us to the airport. We love the new shuttle van you have now. The driver is always friendly and gets us to Dulles quickly but safely. When we return, the desk person knows when a shuttle will be arriving at "H" section for pick up and the driver knows there is someone there to pick up. You always start and end our travels on a positive note... knowing we don't have to wait for a shuttle bus to go to Dulles's long term parking plus pay so much more for the parking. Please keep your rates reasonable and your remarkable personal service that you have. We look forward to using you each time we fly out of Dulles !!!
