This was a great place to park! Only giving it a 4 star because when we arrived around 5:30 a.m., there was no one at the front desk and when we called, the line just rang and rang. After about 5 minutes, someone came out, got our information, and we were promptly on the shuttle. When we returned, we texted the number and the van arrived within 10 minutes (we were expecting a long wait!). The driver was so friendly and even offered us to grab some coffee inside before our long drives home. I would park here again!

Parking was convenient and easy and shuttle was ok. The ride from the airport was much better than the ride to. On the way to the airport the driver was late and he wasn�t very helpful; my sister ended up helping a mother with a young child get her suitcases into the shuttle. When we arrived to the airport, the driver didn�t help the young mother either. He wasn�t very pleasant. However all in all the service was what we needed.

Everything was fine except when we returned to Dulles from overseas. We called the shuttle as soon as we had our luggage and were told it was already on its way. After 30 minutes we called again and were told it was waiting for one person to load their luggage and would be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Wondering why we were told the first time that it was en route when it hadn�t even left yet.

The overall experience was very smooth. Easy to park and easy to get out. Shuttle service is great, 15 min drive to the airport, every 30 mins. On my return we might have waited for some 10 min before the shuttle picked us up. I'd recommend this to anyone.
