I love this service! I was able to save money & get to the airport without any hassle. This service was way better than using Long Term parking at the airport. Dealing with the shuttle buses and so many people can be exhausting. I will definitely be using this again. For my pickup the shuttle driver arrived quickly & dropped us at the hotel with no issues or several pickups.

This must be our 3rd or 4th time we have used book2park and have since referred other friends to use this also. Sometimes you will receive a code to use for additional savings off the low price of parking as it is already. I usually go to BWI but have used it for IAD also.

The drivers were excellent and the desk staff at Aloft was super. There was some confusion at pick up. When I called, I told him I was at Pick up Zone C3. He said he didn't know where that was. The problem was with BWI's way finding. The hotel pick up zone was not clearly marked and I had not looked behind me upon exiting to see the door numbers. The drivers go by the door numbers. To his credit he called me several times to clarify our location, but I just didn't hear the phone.
