The drivers were excellent and the desk staff at Aloft was super. There was some confusion at pick up. When I called, I told him I was at Pick up Zone C3. He said he didn't know where that was. The problem was with BWI's way finding. The hotel pick up zone was not clearly marked and I had not looked behind me upon exiting to see the door numbers. The drivers go by the door numbers. To his credit he called me several times to clarify our location, but I just didn't hear the phone.
