We've parked here several times and love the location, price, and service. This past time, though, we ran into a little snag related to their 12-2 pm "break". The b2p website says " Shuttle Hours: 4am to 12pm (noon) resumes at 2pm to 10pm, every 30 minutes inside the shuttle schedules." What's not clear is when the 30 minutes trips occur. We arrived at 11:35 am, expecting a noon shuttle. The desk staff told us that the next shuttle would in fact be at 11:45 - sounded great. We waited and around noon checked with the desk staff again and she said the shuttle would be there shortly. And yes, it arrived at 12:05, but the driver stated that he was done his time at noon and started to park the bus. We went back inside to ask what options Aloft could provide and the desk staff quickly went to check with her manager. He came right out and apologized for the issue and grabbed the key from the driver to drive us over himself. Word to the wise - call and verify when the last shuttle is before the break.

When you arrive you call the shuttle to request a ride. However, they only leave the hotel on the hour and half hour. Since I didn't know this I was standing out in 30� cold for 25 minutes waiting after my call. Now I know not to go outside too early. Otherwise, the service, parking etc are great!

This is my second time using BOOK2PARK. Overall, I am pleased that I have found security in the app and the hotels participating in offering hassle free parking while I go out of town on business. My only trouble spot was coming back I wasn't given the incorrect number to the front desk. The reservation person could not transfer me. I was texted the hotel number after I contacted BOOK2PARK. I was able to talk with a house staff member who contacted the driver with my location. Please make it clear where to go when we print our receipt. Thank you.
