When you return to the airport and have all of your luggage with you, please call the hotel for a pick up. The hotel will direct you to the closest shuttle pick up area.
Parking Instructions: Please use any parking spot available at the side and the back of the building. Enter to front desk to do a brief parking check-in, and wait for the shuttle transportation at the lobby.
Shuttle hours: 4am to 12pm (noon) resumes at 2pm to 10pm, every 30 minutes inside the shuttle schedules.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

Love the option to utilize this service to park. My usual spot seems to have an increase in prices every few months and this really worked out for me. I parked caught the shuttle to the airport in a matter of minutes. Called shuttle for pick up and driver arrived in 10 minutes. Will definitely use this service again!!!

I'm so glad I found Aloft parking through Book2Park! It saved me money and made my airport travel so easy. The shuttle service was quick and convenient, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in the Aloft lot. Francisco was there bright and early on Thanksgiving morning to take a group of us to the airport, and he arrived just as quickly for my pickup upon my return. Highly recommend!
Great price and service for furloughed people

This was so good for my budget. I was furloughed w/o income for 6 weeks. I thought it was going to take a long time for someone to pick me up when I flew back to BWI but it didn�t. The driver told me he would pick me up in 10 minutes AND HE DID. The driver, a VERY, VERY nice and well mannered man, said he usually works the front desk but he needed to fill in as a driver. I will use this alternate parking situation again in the very near future.

We've parked here several times and love the location, price, and service. This past time, though, we ran into a little snag related to their 12-2 pm "break". The b2p website says " Shuttle Hours: 4am to 12pm (noon) resumes at 2pm to 10pm, every 30 minutes inside the shuttle schedules." What's not clear is when the 30 minutes trips occur. We arrived at 11:35 am, expecting a noon shuttle. The desk staff told us that the next shuttle would in fact be at 11:45 - sounded great. We waited and around noon checked with the desk staff again and she said the shuttle would be there shortly. And yes, it arrived at 12:05, but the driver stated that he was done his time at noon and started to park the bus. We went back inside to ask what options Aloft could provide and the desk staff quickly went to check with her manager. He came right out and apologized for the issue and grabbed the key from the driver to drive us over himself. Word to the wise - call and verify when the last shuttle is before the break.
