This is the second time we�ve used Book2Park. Our vehicle has always been fine when we return back to get our vehicle. Highly recommend using Book2Park!! The shuttle service is excellent. And the shuttle staff are amazing. They are courteous and polite and always on time! The distance to the airport is wonderful, the hotel we parked at is in a great area and well lit.

Nothing but great things to say about parking at the Aloft @ BWI. From the day we parked our vehicle, to our return to retrieve it, went very smooth, flawless and seamless. Courteous staff and driver! When we called for a pickup at the airport, the shuttle was there within 15 minutes! We felt safe and secure leaving our vehicle there. Definitely recommend this parking spot while you travel from BWI.

Despite my late bag arrival (1 hr. wait, finally after Midnight) at BWI , communication problems ( Noise at BWI claim area, My poor phone acoustics, (?) or low volume of Aloft phone (?) ) The front desk staff went the extra mile and I was quickly reunited with my car - Thanks Very Much !

Flawless! Advised to park on side of hotel. Shuttle immediately aailable. Upon return, we called and driver picked up the phone and said he was on his way. Within 15 minutes we were picked up and delivered back to our car. Couldn't have been easier! We will use ALoft again!

I was delayed by my flight. I was able to extend my time via text. Then when I got off I was able to call the hotel representative quickly. Then she was so nice to help me with a lyft was sent within 10 minutes and I was back to my car still ok even though I was a little late. Thanks for having
