Parking Instructions: Please use any parking spot available at the side and the back of the building. Enter to front desk to do a brief parking check-in, and wait for the shuttle transportation at the lobby.

Parking with Book2park was smooth and easy. The hotel was only a couple miles from the airport. I felt safer getting the shuttle from the hotel than I used to when I used airport long-term parking. If you have to wait for the shuttle, you can wait inside the lobby, rather than out in the heat, cold, rain, or wind. When I got back and called for a shuttle, it arrived in only a few minutes. Very convenient and pleasant service. I would much rather leave my car in a small lot under surveillance than in a huge lot. I will use it again.

This experience with Aloft Baltimore was the best I've ever had with at least 15 or so other parking/hotel shuttle services. Not only were they prompt for a 4:30 AM departure, but more efficient for the return pick up. I called the designated telephone number and was put directly in touch with the driver, and not the receptionist at the front desk. When the driver requested my pickup location once I arrived outside, I had to call him back as I was still inside the airport. Anticipating that I would call him back shortly to give him my location (rather than meet at a specific location that may require you to walk a distance) the driver was already enroute to the airport. After giving the driver my exact number location, less than a minute wait, here comes my shuttle driver. BEST SERVICE EVER. My vehicle as I left it. Compare that to the more than 1 hour wait for the Westin Hotel back in January. A no-brainer for my next flight from BWI.

It was quick and painless. The shuttle service loaded our bags and got us to the airport quickly and then unloaded them. When we returned I called them to let them know and they were there within 10 minutes. One of the best hotels I've dealt with on my travels.

When you arrive you call the shuttle to request a ride. However, they only leave the hotel on the hour and half hour. Since I didn't know this I was standing out in 30� cold for 25 minutes waiting after my call. Now I know not to go outside too early. Otherwise, the service, parking etc are great!
