When you return to the airport and have all of your luggage with you, please call the hotel for a pick up. The hotel will direct you to the closest shuttle pick up area.
Parking Instructions: Please use any parking spot available at the side and the back of the building. Enter to front desk to do a brief parking check-in, and wait for the shuttle transportation at the lobby.

Aloft people were wonderful. The whole experience was uneventful and very enjoyable. I strongly recommend anyone wanting to park, to do that at Aloft. Aloft is a great company� All of the staff were very friendly, and the check-in and checkout process for parking was very simplistic and technology forward! When we arrived, we went to the front desk, where I spoke to the receptionist. She walked me through, scanning the code, and where to park, and she made it a really quick process as she knew we were trying to get to the airport. We got to the airport and the driver was nice, and it was a really short distance. Upon return when you call the number it�s connected directly to the driver who tells you where to meet him and he actually comes at a reasonable time which is the difference and sets aloft parking apart from other companies that take an extremely long amount of time to pick you up from the airport. When you�re arriving or when you�re getting in from a trip, all you wanna do is get back to your car back to your house and resume life as usual. Aloft made this possible for us with the seamless process and I would love to use them again ! Thank you!
This was a great experience. The shuttle was avaliable right away after check-in at the hotel. The parking space was in a convenient and safe location. The ride to and from airport was only a few minutes. Both drivers were friendly, helpful, and polite. When I called from the airport, they sent the shuttle right away.

Affordable and easy to extend time if needed. On the website here it says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, which is true, but when you are coming back and need a ride FROM the airport you need to contact the hotel. Otherwise you will end up waiting 45 minutes just to see the shuttle fly by you :)
This is my second time using BOOK2PARK. Overall, I am pleased that I have found security in the app and the hotels participating in offering hassle free parking while I go out of town on business. My only trouble spot was coming back I wasn't given the incorrect number to the front desk. The reservation person could not transfer me. I was texted the hotel number after I contacted BOOK2PARK. I was able to talk with a house staff member who contacted the driver with my location. Please make it clear where to go when we print our receipt. Thank you.
