We dropped our car at 4:30am and our return flight landed well after midnight. Despite these hours, there was a shuttle bus available for each leg of our trip. Both drivers were very courteous. Even though it seemed that the parking may be quite far from the airport, the ease of use and the efficiency of the buses made it as straightforward (and as quick) as using the airport economy lots, for around half the cost.

I used Book2Park when I went overseas for three weeks and had a last-minute need to find a parking solution for the car. (The hotel recommended this service, which gave me encouragement that it was legitimate.) It was a lot more cost effective than using the hotel's economy lot, and very simple. I booked online, printed out the receipt, and showed it to the receptionist when we checked into the hotel the night before we flew out. I was a little confused initially by the instructions on the web site, but the process overall was very simple. I was provided a large hang tag by the hotel so they knew my car was supposed to be there, parked my car in the lot, and kept my car keys. (No waiting for a valet.) The hotel shuttle runs regularly and this hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. Will definitely use again!

Being new at using parking services such as Book2Park, we love it and found it to be SO easy and very useful. We read other reviews and felt very good about using this service. The shuttle was right on time and the drivers gave excellent service and assistance. Although an uncovered lot, we felt confident in leaving our vehicle for two weeks and upon returning, all was well. Would use this service again!!

I was very happy with my experience with parking at the Hilton Doubletree - the shuttle arrived on time to take us to the airport and upon our return, I called the hotel and the shuttle was there to pick us up within 15 minutes. The only drawback I could see was that I felt like I was driving through a maze around the airport to get to the hotel, but that was only a minor concern. I would definitely do this again.
