Very easy to find and park. Good service. A little confusing locating the correct shuttle upon return but overall great experience. Would use again on next trip!

All worked well. However, when I first called from Dulles airport, the Comfort Inn phone was busy and my call went to voicemail. That was a bit frustrating.
Other than that, it was a good experience.
