We were very pleased with this Hilton's Book2Park service. The hotel is easy to locate, has lots of parking, great service at the lobby desk, and a dependable shuttle service. The driver was pleasant and got us to the airport quickly. Since it was very early (4:30 am) we got dropped off right at the United ticket counter which was great. Using your parking & shuttle service is a stress free way to start and end our vacation. Pick up at the airport is dependable too. We always use your Book2Park service when we fly out of Dulles Airport.

Upon claiming our bags, I called for pickup. The driver had just departed the airport for the parking lot after dropping off customers at the airport. The dispatcher contacted the driver and was able to get him turned around back to the airport, saving me almost a half hour wait. At 11:35 at night, that was very much appreciated. Upon arrival back at the lot, the driver was extremely courteous and helpful transferring bags from the van to my car.
