I have used book2park before and this is definitely closest to the airport of any place I parked - which is great! Unfortunately, my phone wasn't working when I landed and I had to have someone else call the hotel for me and even then the shuttle was 10 mins late. Which, in the freezing night weather, and without communication capability, was quite uncomfortable.

We recently used the Westin in Chrystal City, VA and the Double Tree in Dulles/Sterling, VA. Both places were great. Our complaint tho, is with (presumably) book2park. The fees and costs are getting to where for at least a short duration trip it's no more economical (monetarily or time wise) to use you vs airport parking. Fuel fees? Come on. I get it but we're PAYING to use what would be in essence, an EMPTY parking spot. We like using you but will be more aware of costs and time.

The overall service at the hotel and the driver was great. They did mention that where you got dropped off will be where you get picked up. I forgot because I was rushing to the gate. It would be nice if they would mention in the email the staging area of where the hotel pick-ups are at in IAD- Dulles Airport. We followed the signs and we were in the wrong area.
