Overall parking experience was good. My flight landed around 8:20 PM and clearing through Immigration lasted almost 2 hrs due to staffing issues and over crowded lines. Other shuttles were still outside around 10:15 PM but yours ends at 10 PM. I had to pay cab fare of $23.58 to get my car which has me reconsidering other options.

The hotel staff and the Shuttle Driver were the most amazingly kind, competent and very helpful people I have encountered using the parking service. I had gotten lost and was running late for my flight. To make matters worst the Airport traffic was badly backed up. So the Shuttle Driver not only found the fastest way to get there AND he raced to the Check-In counter with my bag. I made my flight with time to make a rest stop before boarding.
