Great parking option for Dulles. The covered parking is especially good for winter time - no worries about scraping snow and ice upon return. Shuttle runs promptly every half hour. Only downside is no elevator in garage which might be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Otherwise, highly recommend.

This service makes parking for Dulles incredibly easy. There were more people parking than room in the van to transport them to the Crown Plaza to catch the free shuttle to the airport. The driver really hustled to get back as fast as humanly possible to pick up the rest of us. The shuttle to the airport ran on time. When we returned the shuttle from the Crown Plaza picked us up on time and delivered us back to the parking garage. Having flown in and out of Dulles several times, this level of service is often lacking. I can't tell you how many times I have been left in the cold waiting for a hotel shuttle van that doesn't show up when it's scheduled to. Van drivers were extremely polite and friendly. I highly recommend this service and will use it in the future.
