I'm so glad that I chose this option over parking at the airport. This was my second time using a hotel to park, but my first time parking at this hotel. When we got to the hotel around 5am the attendant told me and the other person parking that the lot was not opened yet, so we could park in the hotel parking lot. At first I didn't like it because the reason that I chose this hotel was because there was a closed parking nearby, but my husband and I decided to leave the car in the hotel, as there did not seem to have another choice. In the end it worked out better and we were glad it did not snow (which was the only reason that I wanted a covered parking to begin with).
The van took us to the airport without any problems and we were happy with the service. On our way back we went straight to the shuttle line and looked for 2H, which is where their van comes to pick up customers. Their website stated that the van runs every 15 and 45 minutes. We got to the designated spot by 3:10pm and the van was already there, so there was no waiting. The van waited until about 3:17pm and left to the hotel. We just had one little incident when the door almost hit my daughter's face, as the driver opened the door and didn't hold it very well. Due to the wind, the door just flew opened and it almost hit her face. I guess it was just a mishap on the driver's part, but thank God nothing happened. After that we got our car and drove back home.
Overall, parking at this hotel was a great decision and very smooth transaction. I would definitely do it again, as I was very happy and it saved us some money. Plus, we didn't have any issues waiting for the van, etc, but granted we got the van during business hours on our way back. The only thing that I would advise people that are definitely looking for coverage parking, etc, is that it may not be an option if you go off business hours, as it was our case, as we got to the hotel at 5am and the garage only opened at 6am. Like I said, I didn't question the attendant when we initially parked, but he made it seem that it was not an option and we had to park at the hotel.
I would definitely park here again as it saves money and it's a lot easier than taking the shuttle to the airport parking.
