This was the best and easiest experience I have had in a long while. I realized just moments before arriving to the parking garage that I had registered a different car. I called the Books2Park number provided in the email and was immediately assisted. The on-site staff member accepted the email confirmation and everything was flawless.

This service worked out very well for us while on a 10 day trip. The attendant at Kohl's parking garage was friendly and helpful and got us quickly to Crowne Plaza for a shuttle to Dulles. Our return experience was just as good---the shuttle showed up to retrieve us just as planned. The car was well-protected and the charges were a bargain. We would use this service again.
