Great Parking with Great Security

We've used the Crowne Plaza several times. Parking and security are great and their shuttle is always reliable. We will always use them when flying out of Dulles.

We like the location and the shuttle services of this hotel. The shuttle is very prompt and on time as advertised.

I was a little confused on how to get into the garage but once I checked with the hotel to be certain every went according to plan. The van was ready to take us to the airport when we got there. We arrived back around 6am and the shuttle came to get us in a good time.
