The service in getting to the airport was great. I got to the parking garage a few minutes after the 2:00 PM shuttle, but the attendant drove me himself to the departure gate. Coming back, I missed the pickup at 11:10 PM on Monday evening, having gotten to the 2G pickup stop at 11:16 PM. I tried calling to check on the time of pickup, but could only get voice mail. However, I was picked up at 11:45 PM, so I was able to retrieve my vehicle at the parking garage.

The reviews for this parking were not great but I decided to book anyway. I was pleasantly surprised!! We had a wonderful experience. The lot is easy to find. There was no lot attendant but I was able to call the number on my paperwork and dial 0 for front desk. They sent a shuttle right away and it arrived within five minutes of us parking. We also had no problems on our return shuttle and only waited about 15 minutes. Overall it was great and I would park here again.
