Everything was fine with my experience except the end. My flight landed at 1130 and I was outside by 1140. Since the shuttle details said the shuttle ran from 12am-5am I assumed there would be a 12am shuttle to pick me up. It never came so at 1215 I called the hotel and they said the last shuttle came back to the hotel by 12am so I must have missed it. I then had to pay for a Lyft to get back which wasn't as big of a deal as the time I lost when I still had an exhausted hour to drive back. I think the shuttle hours listed should be changed so someone else doesn't have my situation in the future. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Westin Crystal City 's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.

This was my first time trying a parking service and I loved finding a promo code and saving a few more dollars. The location is very easy to find and I was relieved that the lot was easy to navigate and park in. It was a little odd to wait in the lobby for 27 minutes only to miss the 1:30 shuttle. The driver walked through the lobby so fast that he literally took off while we were hurrying to pick up our bags to follow him. The front desk folks were great about calling him back but because it took a few minutes for him to turn around, I felt stressed about making my flight. It worked out fine bc the trip to the airport was so quick and I did not have a full flight. As it turned out, my return flight was delayed so I had to add another day to my stay. The directions on the email told me exactly how to do that and it worked out seamlessly to extend. Coming back I was glad (again) to check my confirmation email which spelled out exactly where to wait for the shuttle. We weren\'t sure what time it would get there but when it picked us up at 5:18pm we were glad to get out of the heat. Thank you for making it easy and pleasant. I will use you again and highly recommend your service.
