This was my first time trying a parking service and I loved finding a promo code and saving a few more dollars. The location is very easy to find and I was relieved that the lot was easy to navigate and park in. It was a little odd to wait in the lobby for 27 minutes only to miss the 1:30 shuttle. The driver walked through the lobby so fast that he literally took off while we were hurrying to pick up our bags to follow him. The front desk folks were great about calling him back but because it took a few minutes for him to turn around, I felt stressed about making my flight. It worked out fine bc the trip to the airport was so quick and I did not have a full flight. As it turned out, my return flight was delayed so I had to add another day to my stay. The directions on the email told me exactly how to do that and it worked out seamlessly to extend. Coming back I was glad (again) to check my confirmation email which spelled out exactly where to wait for the shuttle. We weren\'t sure what time it would get there but when it picked us up at 5:18pm we were glad to get out of the heat. Thank you for making it easy and pleasant.
