Excellent price and services.
Good service at the hotel help desk, quick, convenient and affordable. Cheaper than other parking lots around.
It was perfect....until the return. I waited 50 minutes to be picked up. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away. I was told several times that the driver was 5 minutes away. However, I would use them again.
My husband and travel out of BWI often and always park at the Doubletree. This time we had a little bit of a twist. We made reservations for 12/10-17 but unfortunately we had a medical emergency that made us extend our trip for 8 more days. We went on the Book2park website and easily found where we could extend our reservation. When we got in last night (10:30pm) I called the hotel and before I got the hotel operator on the phone there was the shuttle bus waiting curbside, like he was just waiting for us! I told him he was my Christmas Angel.
Everything about the service was perfect.
Overall it was a very good experience parking at the Doubletree Hilton hotel. I saved some money because itï¿½s cheaper than the airport parking lots. I also received a fresh chocolate chip cookie from the desk when I signed in. On my return I called for the shuttle and had to wait 15 minutes outside. That was not bad and retrieving my car from the lot was easy. I will do it again.

My only complaint is when I arrived home from my trip I couldnï¿½t get in touch with the hotel to get the shuttle to come back and get me. The phones were down.
Location, price, and convenience were all great. The lot felt secure and out of the way of unrelated traffic. Shuttle drop off was courteous, quick, and comfortable. Pick up was a small problem. They ask you to call when you arrive to request the shuttle and let them know which door between 9 and 11 that youï¿½re standing at. The desk person said she didnï¿½t need to arrange anything further, but that I had to walk from door 9 to door 11 and the shuttle driver would wait for me. Well, despite my call and following instructions, he drove right by me, did not wait at all, and left. I and several others had to wait for the next shuttle. We all just fit. So this burdened the next driver, but he did his job well and got us back to the hotel. All I ask is that if you have instructions and follow them, the driver does the same, is in proper communication with the hotel, and waits for people who call. He probably only needed to wait less than a minute for me to walk from door 9 to 11, and he should have been instructed by the hotel to do so, given that he appeared to have no other people to pick up. Otherwise this was a great parking experience.
