going there was fine. The return was worse than the last time, 2 weeks ago. NO ONE answered phone for an hour, so I could get no shuttle from airport last night. I tried as long as I did, b/c finding an Uber at that time wasn't working either. Plus I paid to park/ride shuttle at this place, that's supposed to have 24 hour service. Even if no shuttle (like last time), someone needs to answer the phone?!?! It is a hotel, right??? Spent a good 2+++ hours to get to my car because of this, and when I finally got there and after waiting some more 910-15 MINUTES) for an agent to appear, she had NO EMPATHY and barely apologized. NEVER AGAIN!
