Good covered parking but the price should be lowered due to the distance from the hotel to DCA. Also the shuttle runs every hour not good for flights going out. When I landed I had to wait 45 min for the shuttle.
Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Check in to park was smooth and quick. Shuttle to airport was quick. Make sure you call as soon as you get out off the plane to avoid a long wait for pick up.
Good parking, great customer service. The location is a bit further than I had hoped for the cost. I would refinery use the book2park service again.
The people were polite and efficient. My vehicle was protected from the weather and I made my plane with time to spare. The shuttle was quite prompt and the driver called me to let me know when to expect arrival.
