I absolutely love book2park! It saves so much money, and often times it saves you time! This was my first time parking at courtyard Alexandria Pentagon South. It was covered garage parking. The checkin was smooth and the shuttle was right on time. Everyone I encountered there was super nice and accommodating to getting us to and from the airport. We did stop at the metro to pick up another hotel guest, but it only took a couple minutes and we were still back to the hotel in 15 minutes. I'd park here again!

This was a very easy parking experience, making the reservation, getting to the location and getting the hotel shuttle bus to DCA went very smoothly. All my personal interactions were professional and friendly. When I had to adjust my pick up time to be a little later, it was a simple email and it was taken care of. I will definitely use book2park for all my future needs.

My whole experience was unbelievable. I parked with no problems. The shuttle came immediately. The drivers were wonderful and friendly. On my return I called the front desk from the airport. The desk receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes later and dropped me at my car. I�ll definitely do this next time I travel.

The hotel said it was 3.5 miles from airport. But it was 6.8 miles- the difference meant a $20 cab fare as when we called shuttle at 10:30 pm they said no shuttle service now. so we had to take a cab to get car. There is something called truth in advertising- this was not a service that was advertised truthfully!
